My Family

     I am Rev. Jeganathan Peter, serving as a senior minister of Chennai Regional Conference. 

Wife 

Mrs. Nagomi Peter, instructor of tailoring and crafts. Presently involves in church ministry with her husband. 

Elder Daughter 

J. Janospher Priscilla BD, M.TH who is committed to the Lord's work and teaching in bible college. Presently engaged to a pastor from Andaman islands.

Younger Daughter

   J. Jemima Mercilla, who studied M.S.W who is serving in a Christian NGO at Patna, Bihar.

Pastoral Assignments

The year 1990 I was appointed as a pastor in Andman islands. I served more than two decades   in different capacities in Andamans. 

Then shifted to Jabalpur to serve Tamil churches for five years. By God's grace, effectively served in chennai, Salem, Dharmapuri villages in Tamilnadu, Jabalpur and Andamans.

The year 2016, I was elected in the General conference as an executive board member MCI. Then served 7 years as an executive board member. By God given strength, wisdom and courage served nearly 35 years as a pastor effectively.

5. Homes will be built for pastors after the retirement..

Development schemes for MCI

My mission and vision

1. Spiritual awakening in MCI. Especially reviving and transforming the among the church congregation people. Be it laity and clergymen. 

2. Developing and using church properties as a income generating avenues.

3. Pastoral care to clergymen and their families. Especially the rural areas pastors and families are to be taken care. 

4. Supervising periodically the churches and its goverensmces towards sacrament and all programmes. 

5. Administrations at the utmost for the highest benefit of the church. 

6. Trying the best to use the church properties. Especially the hostels, hospitals to bring back to the glory with modern technology.
